If you take 30% as the usual buyout premium, then TPH could go for about $1.10 from here.  However, that would still leave many holders underwater so a vote to accept the offer may not pass.  ...more

Oil price correction

Oil pull back from $50+ a barrel to $46+ a barrel as I write this post, the stock also is in correction mode.
