If you don’t like the deal as described then as a shareholder you have the right to vote it down. Maybe if we all stick together and vote it down they will be forced to ratify the deal. 16 old for 1 ...more

Divot, your math has some serious flaws. I get what you were trying to do, but it doesn't work that way. Post split at the price of the upcoming PP our current shares are worth about 3 cents.
