Next drill permit - Q3 or earlier, according to CEO who just bought - with this permit we are back to or even ahead of 2010 - market will follow - was it 200 or 300 million?

i think it had a high of 2.50usd in 2011. Now it is trading at .25. It needs to go up 10times (7.50) to reach the 2011 high.
