Q1 results tomorrow

A couple of weeks ago DIR.UN was tanking until the Q1 results came out, it rallied as the market tanked, let's hope the same thing happens with NXR

Why should they merge? They have grown significantly in the last year and their debt to asset ratio is still very low. They can easily double the size of the company with their existing balance ...more

No comparable public industrial reits. Getting acquired another story as there are bigger players in both public and private. Plenty of acquistions of property occuring. As long as they arent issuing ...more

REITs have had an awful week. Guess people cant see that the majority of apartment and industrial REITs have low leverage, lowest ever vacancy rates and majority of the debt is long term fixed.
