It is a difference in price if you want to sell 3m tonnes to one buyer or just 150k to some wholesale seller in the midwest. They have to pay 20-50% more.

i agree with you mewbuddy..... until the prices rise up there is no gain to be made on this....there is already a plus/minus 25% build up in the pilot project and at 220.00 a ton  it will leave ...more
