This is why you will get burned if you buy just 1 or 2 stocks. You need at least 5 to protect you from this sort of thing.

Nobody really knows if a well blew up and if the license is suspended. Fascinating. If the company finally comes out and admits it the stock is going below $1.50. I would buy at $1.25.
