The market is not convinced that this is a good deal. .25 cents trading with  about 2.3 million shares. And still heavy on the offer side.  Core needs to say something soon !

strange i did recive a mail from my broker, that i can also choose a cash offer. even more strange this is not up by 100% Mail from my Broker - german, but clearly says CASH offer! ".... den ...more
