I'm not so sure they have the cash to get through the EA process. The only thing keeping this sinking ship afloat is their Copper Mtn (CUM) shares. It looks like they burned through 1,718,000 CUM

It's on Sedar now coalbad. They don't say much about the JV but from what I understand it is still intact with little change. Also, there are no more funds needed

NO annual financial report yet posted on SEDAR. Once posted it will be interesting if they finally disclose the details of the joint venture agreement that was being re-worked since Itochu passed on
