Quadravest reports UNIT NAV @ $14.80 to MAy 31
So the updated spreadsheet shows the NAV flat since that date, and value of the commons is still $4.80 AFTER distributions.

Forgot to add in GWO divvy... so and missed some inputs on CAD banks. Loss was about 3 pennies..since MAY 15...

LFE unit nav in realtime @$15.01
Showing a gain of a penny now with GWO divvy added in. Not a stretch to think LFE may be able to gain 17 cents in the next 10 sessions. Distribution is 17 cents for commons and preferreds.

Ex divvy date for who? LFE ex divvy date is the 31st according to Stockwatch as Ex divvy and record date are now the same. Tomrrow can still buy and get distribution.
