Looks like we finally have some positive signs appearing with some likelihood of interest rates beginning to drop possibly in June. Hopefully the share price will start its recovery.

So what your saying is AFFO can go from 9 cents like 4 cents with 2025 debt maturities....gross. Hopefully they sell the farm before we go to a penny stock. theyve sold such minimal assets
