Even if they renegotiate the deal and end up with 4 spyglass share for every 1 avenex share it will still be a rotten deal. Four times nothing is still nothing. Thats were I see it going.JMO

now that the true position of pace is public knowledge, the boards can go back to the drawings table and reorganize their arrangements.... avf should get 1.5 x their shares... pace 1x and chx .10..... ...more
