Look at Call options. You will see strong buying of March 18th. Thousands of Call buying at strike price of $39.00. Time to buy not sell. GLTA

Big Banks

Most derive revenue from the US (especially TD).CWS is focused in Western Canada where an oil boom in progress. Perfect time to move HQ to Edmonton. I bought on the dip Friday. GLTA

Interest rates

Down today buy still higher than during 4th Quarter when they earned  $0.99. P/E now below 10. Cheapest Canadian bank by far. All brokers rate it a buy with all targets above $40.00.GLTA

Given the strength in energy. Canadian Western bank will do very well. Strong housing market and relocating to Edmonton. Oversold IMHO. I'm buying. GLTA

Strongest region in Canada with elevated energy prices. Move to Edmonton a good sign. Should lower expenses.
