Whistler conference tomorrow, I expect PVG management to clear doubts and provide some damage control in order for SP stability

I will be advising people to buy PVG after another 10 % dip. I always notice 95 % of the time, equities also correct on 2nd day after bad news to shake out more weak hands. Yes grade is cut in 1/2 ...more

Well the US Gov't is SHUTDOWN..again

Should bode well for gold Monday morning. Last shutdown in 2013 lasted over 2 weeks and took out a small percent (I think 0.6 %) of annualized GDP in America for that year. Gold sold off Friday ...more

Low volume

Seems odd that trading has gone at a 1.4m to 1.7m clip. I know there was a 3.8m day but that was the outsider. Right now there is less than 400k. Not really sure why trading died off, in fact, I have ...more
