What affo multiple is the current trading price.  Assuming a 7 or 8% cap rate or whatever brilliant class office has  what's the NAV.  If it's really cheap it can be bought out ...more

How are the debt holders onside when the debentures aren't being paid.  Unless Armoyan buys them back but at a discount.

Yes , I agree with you , debt holders are onside now plus there is likley an  interested buyer and they are firming up contract details . Exciting times for sure !

I agree with you . Good observations . SOT will be at resistance level tomorrow at .95 cents , then up to 1.50 very quickly once past the dollar area (.95 cents) mark .
