That is outrageous. Seems he is paid to drive company down to sell it to that private group. Private group is in same building as GXO offices

GXO might do another boulder energy .  Push price low to $1.27  and sell to same private buyer that bought BXO.   The private buyer group is located in same building as GXO   ...more

EV/cashflow , yikes ...with cashflow looking to be under $15 million per year , this is still ridiculously high valuation for a company in financial  trouble ... as many have stated the high debt ...more

and the stock is on its way to 50% down.... what garbage this turned out to be... no 4 handle buyout as predicted, we'll be lucky to stay over 2.
