Yes it was interesting indeed. He said $25-35 million in revenue this year and that Q2 was still on track to be cash positive (January 1st to March 31st) which is good to hear. But yeah not sure how

Most likely, the seller was a lender who had received free shares and dumped simply because there was volume. If you have say 2M free shares, why wait until earnings? If earnings are average
