RE:RE:RE:RE:Will Maha blow the deal?
Hmm. It appears that shareholders value PXL more than insiders do. Considering the lack of volume and anaemic share price, the information circular, a joint effort of Maha and PXL, needs to inspire

RE:RE:RE:Will Maha blow the deal?
The only shares that traded were the stinkbidders who jumped in at $.11 or so for a quick buck. I also bottom fed at that price but I, like most other PXL holders won't be panicked by this crappy

Ya I agree with this. I am surprised that they are not moving now with their marketing plan for the new company, and bringing their backers in to PXL in a more meaningful way. they showed lots in the

RE:Will Maha blow the deal?
I think that Maha and Palliser insiders have cooked up a plan to position themselves well for a resurgent Newco by being opaque about the deal in the hopes of flushing out a lot of cheap shares. I

Trading Volume?
The last 3 days we are below the historical trading (very very light) volume that PXL has always had? With a fair amount of excitement out of the gate, what gives? What's your take Jenny? Roscoe?

RE:Will Maha blow the deal?
Mr. Market wants more data. If PXL releases positive and substantive data in its Q2 financial and operating results, then investors might see a $0.30 floor.

Will Maha blow the deal?
in the 7 days of trading since the deal was announced, we have traded 5.65m shares on all exchanges. my guess is that those associated with Maha, and or the 10m private placement, have bought about 3m

Can't imagine Bonner saying anything positive on this deal. He is a long hold and went on record saying he was hanging in for a sale. With a $1.80+ NAV, that would have unlocked real

Maha backers showing little strength
we had some good initial interest from Maha backers, but that has backed off. I would not want to be an investor in the 10m private offering if the company can't do better than they have done so

Roscoe, I don't intend to vote out of spite. When the deal doesn't make sense I don't support it. At the very least, the PXL shareholders need a larger percentage of Newco

if the share price does go to $.30, does that infer a $1.25/.30 = .24 share of newco or does that infer a $.30/.1394 = $2.15 per newco share? jenny, you keep on about misplaced sentiment about
