Only because I've seen this as a trend in ither sectors I'm invested in, a purchase could be made for an additional 50-80% above current SP then LABS is taken private by the buyer.

Beacon apparently supplies Cansativa in Germany and Cansativa looks like a big deal with big name partners. However when you look at the long list of partners, Beacon is not among them.
