Shares are still good value

Shares are still good value at these levels. There are minimal disruptions to the revenue stream with only two deferrals throughout the 17 partner companies. BCC is already up and running again so ...more

This time market reaction has been muted and well-behaved. Change of character or has the shareholder base simply rolled-over to stronger hands?

Earnings were decent again

Earnings were not so bad. Could have been a lot worse. Looks like Alaris is getting through this pandemic relatively unscathed. Minor damage but nothing unmanagable.  National Bank analyst ...more

Earnings seem good

Recovery of KIMCO and BCC and PFG seem to be confident in repayment. Looks like some of the other companies have continued to benefit from the pandemic. Should of bought more.  Cheers,  ...more

SEDAR is where you should check. Record date is July 17, special neeting (vote) date is August 31, and the info circular has not been posted yet.

...re the reorganization to Income Trust. We were informed in the NR that mailing of info would happen mid to late July with vote in August. No sign of anything on the AD website yet!
