If you want to see where this might be! Look at T.DIV. It pays $.235 a share dividend and is trading at $2.74 and been up to $3.30. We will be much stronger as we are only using 80% for divvy

Cup, I just re-read your post and I think what you are saying is that if the spot price drops 50 % the the divi would go from $1.20 to 60 cents right?

Coal price is 600 canadian. https://tradingeconomics.com/commodity/coal If we did 3 million tonnes in the next 12 months we would get about 50 to 60 million in royalties. Over a dollar a share
