I have held this for about 3 years and am fine with the 10 cents returning about 8.5 percent yield. Its one of those holding you can just put away and let it do its thing.

Dividend

Will EITUN ever increase its dividend. I have held  this one forever with no change to the payout in 10 years

Looks good BUT,

How does EIT payout the dividen. It does'nt have any income. Currently 8.5% yeild which is GREAT but, where does the divy come from..Just curious ?

Nav

Over 14.70. For years it has traded about 20 cents under nav. That would be around 14.50.  It will catch up at some point or it always has.

 This one became my largest holding last year.  I was adding lots of it last year when it was occasionally dipping into the low 12's.
