The joint circular was mailed out last week.  (Check with your broker.) The shareholders' meeting is scheduled for May 14th.

Good opportunity

Timing The parties expect to completeand mail the joint information circular in April 2009 and plan to holdthe special meetings in May 2009. The Transaction is expected to closeat the end of May 2009.

i agree time to buy. i missed te 1.83 today. Will buy tomorrow under $2.00. Gold oversold. People dumping gold and gold shares to run to financials. WGI has dropped 30% while gold dropped only 10 ...more

More likely the time to buy. Its a great deal for both. WGI has some working capital and good cash flow and NGD has the Afton property to bring on line. A time to be developing a Cu-Au is before ...more

I was planning on WGI hitting $4 all by itself at $1000pog, now I think I can only hope for the combined entity to hit $3.Can't say I like the NGD deal, now if WGI had merged with Capital Gold ...more
