LEXG's 3-year option with MCI

Does anyone know the exact terms of LEXG's 3-year option with MCI (First Lithium)? MCI has lots more property than LEXG in the SAME Valleyfield locale...

Sounds like a typical pump scheme ...... but LEXG has 5 permits which they leased from V.MCI (First Lithium Resources) which owns interest in 90,000 acres and 42 permits ...more
