Where does the responsibility for this disaster lie? With the company? My guess is, when the new COQ was created by borrowing a whack of money to pay Morrison his 10 mil and set up the new entity ...more

I still hold 400 k after selling half my shares. We can only hope (i) they get to do a corporate financial restructuring, and (ii) the next quarterly report shows they got their decomm payments.

I got out too but at a horrible loss. 800,000 shares purchased over a two year period were almost worthless when I sold. It looks like this company went down because of 2 people that were too stubborn ...more

I still hold about half the shares I formerly did. I have decided to stay in and not sell at .005 . Maybe Morrison will win this struggle and the company will be worth something in the future.  ...more
