As of the end of the last quarter it was about 5.1M USD + interest, less the 810K USD payments, + 5% early payoff fee. So something in the order of 4.5M USD (or about 150,000,000 shares)

I wondered this as well as I cursed Lind. Then I thought and thought and ultimately came to the conclusion that Lind has a duty to their investors and likely has some internal policy that they do not
