Just noticed that in 2022 the CEO made approx. $400,000 and the CFO about $270,000. Of course that are working hard to increase shareholder value. Maybe they should declare GVC a non profit society. I

With a current 52-weeks $0.30 - $0.07 52-weeks HIGH/LOW, a book-value of $0.43, how much will Sam Gruppo (MADISON GROUP) be paying is the big question. Obviously not more than $0.30/share.

nobody wants to buy their comunity newspaper business like postmedia. they just shut down and like radio and tv station. nobody will buy and shut down the business model is non-profit and money losing

Entire day less one transaction. and now some guy has 400,000 shares for sale at .14 cents. tax loss selling? the CRA case of 80 million dollars and the media sector is currently out of favor sector.

Company is controllled by Madison Ventures.
The company was doing share buybacks at 50 cents. The community newspapers should be divested as nobody wants to own the newspapers nor does any of the papers have any readers. thus no advertisers
