record shows dividend paid every month for 20 years, how is it that such stocks are not bid up big time with 14% plus annual yields I just do not get it?

So spreadsheet shwoing a loss of 19 cents now.. since thrusdays update ans the CAD banks/lifecos get pummelled. Not sure if this is a reaction to BOC's likely .5% cut in the interest rates coming. ...more
