I will be very surprised and happy if SOT is payying interest on the debentures.  It is more than 116 000$ in interest for my debentures holding

Last June, SOT management said SOT is having the cash to paid the debenture interest.   The interest debt for the debenture is offset by the same amount of cash (theory). It is possible SOT ...more

I'm not too worried about the listing, but I wouldn't expect the dividend to resume so soon.  Patience is needed for a major restructuring/refinancing, and we want them to do it right.

Very positive news!   Hopefully the deb holders will see an interest payment on Dec 31 and the stock will stay listed on the TSX.

No, not a prepaid expense. It is an early termination fee with the new effective termination being Dec 31, 2024. So the expense should be booked in Q4.

The 2M$ will be in pre-paid expenses.  I do not think interest on the debenture will be paid Dec 31.  The default is not cured. Also we have more cash in hands that we need.  The last ...more

The pr doesn't speak about recapitalisation. the REIT also announced today that it will change its name to "Ravelin Properties REIT" The delisting is not on the cards with the new name
