Nice recovery

Nice recovery almost 20% since November, nicely in the green added just off the lows with a fantastic Divy.

If rate cuts  appear in 2024, expect REITS to do very well and likely return  close to pandemic highs (depending on the cuts)

Got my dividend finally. The delay was caused by the Martin Luther King's day. SGR is american REIT.  Every is fine...business has usual.

SLAMming

Seems counterproductive given that SGR has gained ~20% since the SOT fiasco (Nov. 14) while SOT has lost that value. That’s a 40% difference but maybe there is value in blaming others, for some. I ...more
