I read a story this week that Fort mac real estate prices are moving up a touch. Condo's, not yet. TPH has a huge Fort Mac exposure.

I think we have found a floor hear as the continued buying at $1.70-$1.75 from Sime will keep us here. There are so few shares avaialble that any available at that price are being scooped up.

His buying has continued in September. Small purchases from Sept 3rd to 16th a total of 16,700 shares. I hope they know more than us as they have to see value.
