I don't believe they own the land to sell.  They own the drilling rights.  Farmland sells for $2500 per acre.  Drilling rights are a whole other matter, and values depend on what ...more

Alberta land acreage average sell price is $2500 per acre TVL has 200k acres. That's 5 million dollars.  They will liquidate before anything. This is worth easy 5-10 cents
