It's all approved and we get $0.03 per share in cash and shares in the stub. After the reorganization of capital, the stub ( NewCo ) will have nominal cash and will seek out new opportunities

KUB Information Circular Out On Sedar
Up to $0.03 cash dividend + shares in a new shell. Basically your old KUB shares will exchange for two new shares, one common and one preferered.
