What's the value of that infrastructure if the operation loses money? Zero. The scrap value is likely exceeded by the remediation costs to haul the scrap away and fill in the hole.

I you do not know what it is worth, you should read the PFS.  If you do, you will see that it is worth a hell of a lot more than $0.66/share-
