I suspect year end financials will be released tomorrow before open. Also interesting that Q1 ends this week, so the acquirers essentially have 6 months more knowledge on financials than the common ...more

Insiders and Pender fund own ~23% of the company and they support the purchaser as it was stated in the news release. We are left with 77% shareholders and we have to get 66 2/3% to reject this offer ...more

Also consider that the offir is only 1 cent above the 52 week high of 42cents... shouldn't the offer have been at least 56cents to even have the appearance of being "fair".  Wow I ...more

Delay in releasing financials

Last year financials were released on November 20. It is now November 28 and nothing. Management has seen these numbers and we haven't had that advantage. 43 cents does not have me jumping for joy ...more

You have to reckon that it is about double in terms of THE NUMBER OF commercial aircraft vs business jets, but the $ value of former is a multiple of 100's. I thought IWG was already delivering ...more
