Does MLM have any cash to work these other assets ?  Any cash they have on hand now does that go to MOZ or is it still a part of the assets left behind ?

Took a second look at the Interview....it was really great that PW so clearly stated that all they were paying for was MOA's 50% of Vlake and that the rest of MOA's Other Assets will be left ...more

Marathon moving again today

I must be missing something here MOZ up another 8 cents this AM - MOA not moving, I don't think the market is that inefficient - anyone have any idea when the deal closes?

CG...I agree 100%. So far the MOA share price has not even tracked the 40% of the MOZ price....and people can pick up the new MLM shares which will probably be in the 20-25 cent range this fall for ...more

D45...your Math is correct....MOZ at $.80 times the 0.4 a MOA shareholder gets is $.32, so MOA today at $.335 in the market means that a buyer will get a New MLM share for just $.015. I also suggest ...more

MOZ values MLM shares at 11.5 cents. Those who buy MOA shares at 33.5 cents are getting them for 1.5 cents. Good deal !!!!!!

nice presentation. The $300,000 for 4.9% of Spinco results in a ~11 cent valuation of MLM shares.  Assuming ~51M MOA shares (fully diluted at the current price).  MOZ would receive 2.63M MML ...more

Any sharp pencils have an estimate of value for Spinco? On the MOA web page they show working capital of 1.5 million any idea how much actual cash in MOA?

Time to move on

I am not thrilled with this deal BUT it looks a lot better than the alternitive. Financing at 25 cents is not bettter than this deal. MOA management has been a huge disappointment over the last two ...more

WW ...I suggest the value of Spinco is a minimum of 25% of this deal so I would not call it minimal. Every Exploration company needs to raise capital by share issuance with the idea that a $1 spent ...more
