I wrote that wrong last week. It should have said Jan 15 to Jan 19 the Bernard family bought 83,000 shares of MTB.

Last week(Jan.8 to Jan.12)the Bernard family bought  83,000 shares of MTB around 5 cents. Only about $4,000 but it's better that they are buying and not selling.

MTB shareholders should be demanding MTB's presidents resignation. Extremely poor performance shouldn't be rewarded.

It seems like they closed the latest private placement at 10 cents. They didn't get the $400,000 they planned on but $320,000 is not bad. Maybe the fact that they didn't get the full $400,000 ...more

Just because they announce 10 cent PP does not mean it will be filled. The stock price is below that price so the only advantage is warrants. The only way they fill it at 10 cents the drill results ...more

If you read what I wrote,I said it doesn't make sense to buy the PP at 10 cents and sell shares at 7 cents. What doesn't make sense is talking about a 5 cent PP when they said the PP is 10 ...more
