TEVO trading on CSE

I just got an email back from Eugene Hodgson (CFO & Corporate Secretary) from Tevano. He says we should be green next week sometime. Here we go!

Two separate issues. The 3.5 - 1 roll-back is for RBI shareholders to decrease the number of shares. The shareholders of Tevano received shares at .20 in order to make the deal. The buyer usually gets ...more

somebody on ceo.ca forum emailed the company and was told they have all approvals from cse,trading will start soon, and new ticker is Tevo.. looks like my guess was correct lol, also Tevano does have ...more

So this will un halt still under rbi ticker but on the cse? Then another final halt once the deal is ready to go? Also let’s guess the new ticker. I’ll go with Tevo
