RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tomgranite and Method
Take a look for yourself at the Oban presentation--here's the relevant line: "1.880 Oban common shares per Ryan Gold share, or $0.2071per share" RYG never seriously approched the

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tomgranite and Method
Yes Method, we won't really know the value of New Oban until it starts trading. What we do know is that there will be around $64m in cash and the properties. New Oban may well just develop

I think it's more of a liquidity issue as opposed to whether this deal is a good one or not. People are really scared about gold (although gold stocks are up huge on the gold price reversal today!

The stock price charts for both Ryan and Corona show a sharp move upwards when the deal was announced. Take a look for yourself - June 9th is the date you need.

The market doesn't percieve this deal as a good one for RYG, best evidenced by the price action since the announcement. Usually the price of the targets move towards the announcement values

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Tomgranite and Method
Plus the boards own a bunch of CRG and RYG. The only way we get a better deal is if someone comes in for all of CRG, RYG and EAG. Which is entirely possible.

The whole point of this merger is that they are bringing cash, property and better management together. They are also doing it at a time when there are cashless companies with good properties. Cash is

I don't disagree that liquidation might be preferred in the short term but unfortunately the vote is a big hurdle because insider ownership is huge between Dundee and Osisko so this deal is likely

Liquidation has not been proposed by the board so why bother talking about it? If you want cash, why invest in junior mining companies? We put our money in to companies in order for the management of

By going in to Oban you will get a premium on your current SP(at current prices). The management of New Oban will not be idly sitting on a pile of cash, they will be looking to acquire assets cheaply

The only real risk on RYG and CRG is that OBM trades under 6.5 cents post deal which would be under its cash per share. It makes sense even to sell EAG to buy the other two because people seem to be
