One board member voted against the Acquisition. Something smell rotten here. We should at the very least get 50 cents. We are not getting a fair deal. I recommend that we Vote NO ...more

looks like we are being shafted again. Didn't management said that VAA book value is above 55 cents a share. THERE MUST BE GOLDEN PARACHUTES BURRIED SOMEWHER E IN THE DEAL!!!

If I read this correctly, the final purchase price should be higher than the $18,500,000 (see below). Wonder what those shares in Flemish Gold are worth, not much I guess in this weak precious metal ...more

Shareholders paying salaries

..that's all we are doing....as current mgmt has been milking this company for years now. They have no interest in selling the asset, why would they ..means no more paychecks and perks for them ...more
