Not much to add crazyanalyst, but i do agree with you in part. Insider trade means no news release concerning the JV this or next week. BUT, i think the insider buy is good news regardless. SO much ...more

14 day blackout period has everything to do with it.  Basically, there can be no information released by the company for 14 days from when the shares were bought.  They were purchased last ...more
