Nothing Stopping the Preferreds from Demanding $25.

Company hasn't offered that option, but it doesn't mean that Preferred can't demand $25 under the terms of the Preferreds. If you are "Entitled to $25" you are ...more

I think it is an Option. Preferreds too stupid to demand it though. There's nothing stoping the Preferreds from demanding $25, only their stupidity.

If I didn't have so many shares already, I would load up.

It's a WIN either way. Buying now, you get the Great Yield and will be "IN" if the $25 happens. If the $25 does not happen now, you still getting great yield. ...more
