RE:who will get the 6.4% interest?

When you buy LRE.DB, you need pay accrued interest to seller. Then all interest will be paid to you upon closing. You only get interest from the day of purchase.

who will get the 6.4% interest?

if I buy the LRE.DB today, I dont need to pay the accured interest. But when the deal closes, who will get the 6.4% interest? Previous owner? any record date?  Thanks.

RE:Actually

Cdn approvals is not the last step. Mgement & buyer will need a bit of time to tie things off so I too am expecting deal to close near end of April.

Actually

The deal closes as per every press release by the end of April I too assume it will be earlier , but I will stick to what the press releases all say
