RE:RE:RE:RE:What is going on here?

RE:RE:RE:What is going on here?

Compare the valuation against WRG. Even a combination of two well-managed and low-debt names like ESN and CET might be clever, but I don't expect it. TCW taking over ESN would make sense and be ...more

RE:What is going on here?

Too many short term traders make this a compelling buy opportunity. This poor share price performance may continue throughout the balance of the year as people will exit their position towards the end ...more

What is going on here?

Merciless dumping through CIBC that has been going on for a long time.

Trading near 52 week low

The 52 week low is at 13 cents/share which we are 0.5 cents off that mark. The second quarter is going to be horrible for all oil related companies which explains partly why many in this industry has ...more

RE:Customer concentration

My thought's on ESN now we are in a holding pattern. Maybe we see small gains. Either we see and merge buyout or this goes private.

Customer concentration

From their recent presentation. Essential energy had approximately 300 customers in Q1 2020. Top 10 customers represents 50-55% of sales and no customer accounted for sales of more than 13% of ...more

5-10 years? Lol  I don't mind. Worst case scenario about 5% of my  portfolio will be dead money for a very long time. If on the other hand the tide for owning oil stocks turn for the ...more

I've owned many exciting growth stocks of the past year including Gatekeeper, Viemed, Xpel to name a few. It doesn't always turn out that way but perhaps I got lucky this year.  I did ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Robert Tattersall in Globe and Mail

Good post. Agreed ESN has been producing better EBITDA results. CET's share count exploded in early 2017, but I don't hold that against them because it was done at $1.12/share: CALGARY ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:Robert Tattersall in Globe and Mail

Yes I like the lower share count for sure. A few interesting points.  In 2019 esn share count was 141857. In 2014, their share count was 125778 which has been increasing at a slow rate of 2.43% ...more

RE:RE:RE:RE:Robert Tattersall in Globe and Mail
