Trading near 52 week low

Good post. Agreed ESN has been producing better EBITDA results. CET's share count exploded in early 2017, but I don't hold that against them because it was done at $1.12/share: CALGARY

Yes I like the lower share count for sure. A few interesting points. In 2019 esn share count was 141857. In 2014, their share count was 125778 which has been increasing at a slow rate of 2.43%
