It's not valued in any real sesne.  Timber is enabling for a mill, but 25 year gov't tenures don't command a vale per se -- unless it's owned (e.g. Acadian timber). The exception ...more

IFP vs. WFG

If projections hold ($7) Q1 IFP earnings are so much higher than WFG as a % of market cap... I calculate: WFG: 11% IFP: 18% Both are great, but IFP is quite a bit better...
