Pretty good considering, the bath today....plus rates may move higher in the US. Straetgic review breakup is the best chance of getting some value. INFLATION KEEP ON COMIN BACK!

Good close, remember it was a range bound $6-7 REIT before the dividend cut. AFFO is still going to look poor but if the strategic review can restructure it its going to be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
