Not easy to go forward, go over 0,20 and UP after. Volume is

UP, UP. Normally the stock should trade above 0.25 or even 0.30 cents just for the gain it has. This is not reflected in the price so we can think that the price will go up.

Where are the shareholders, are they gone. The volume is UP but just few people posted here. I do not understand why.
