Phosphate rock purchase and merger

MBAC fertilizer in Brazil announced yesterday that it will start purchasing phos rock, and consider possible merger. FCV could be a potential supplier of phos rock to them.

Oh sorry, i guess our fair value would be around 30c if we dilute the share count with an extra 50%. 86M shared FD x1,5= 129 Potenial buyout value 38,5 M ( USD ) 38,5/ 129= ~0,3 So whats the upside ...more

+that ofcourse it will cost Focus more to mine almost 190 M tonnes compared to Fospacs original resource, of 130 M when Mitsubishi and other bought a share. If this is true, maybe Focus rock per tonne ...more
