Agreed, but definitely a step in the right direction. The most interesting part of this deal is the additional financing for future acquisitions.

they are not gonna pay back loan in 30 month it will get refinanced on a cheaper ineterest rate within 1/2 quarter when they can show the income

Correction: US $5.7 Million EBITDA for first 6 months!

Year end is in @Dec 31 2016. Oct 24 press release indicated that June 30, 2016 YTD EBITDA of US$5,718,289(1)@

You are correct. But EBITDA takes that into account ie. Earnings Before Interest Taxes Depreciation and Amortization.  Interest is high on the $11M borrowed but hopefully that will be refinancedi ...more
