You don't see these kind of terms unless the business model is stable. To get refinancing under 4% while interest rates in general are much higher, should give investors some comfort, and Sienna ...more

Important thing is the AFFO.  As long as payout remains below AFFO, we're good. And if AFFO keeps improving, so should the share price, but right now Sienna is undervalued to its peers both ...more

If you are able to take a long-terrm loan  at 4% and pay an 8% dividend, indeed, the share buyback seems appropriate.

During the AGM Q&A around the 29m 45s mark, they spoke about the current interest rate hikes and how they are affecting the bottom line. About 95% of Sienna debt is at fixed rates. Sienna stated ...more

Short Position Down ever so Slightly

Shorts are down but only by 57k shares for the period ending June 15/23. They are starting to cover and the end of day action trying to hit  stop losses is evident of this in my opinion.  ...more
