Very positive indicator. If the deal is real and pending, not unsual to see the SP kept in a range not to jeopardize the deal.

All this company doe is blows smoke.... spends money to pay its Execs... then  reverse splits cuz the money is gone!!  its been like 15 years its been doing this !!

This is basically just a paid promotion that reprint of the last news. It give a bit more visibility but it's still nothing until a deal is signed.
